YardRate is a nationwide quote-request platform operated by Triangle Technologies, LLC. Homeowners can submit free lawn mowing and snow removal requests for private manual owner review. Nationwide intake does not mean contractors are available in every location.
YardRate does not mow lawns, remove snow, or employ the independent businesses that may respond to homeowner requests. Contractors set their own services, prices, schedules, and terms.
Requesting a quote through YardRate is free and does not obligate you to hire a contractor. A request is not a booking, and local contractor availability, quotes and responses are not guaranteed.
There are no automatic introductions. Contractor introductions and sharing identifying homeowner information require separate, affirmative, recorded permission naming the contractor and the specific information authorized for sharing.
Contractor registration is free. Independent contractors may apply to participate; applications are reviewed manually, and approval, participation or work is not guaranteed.
